I had an opportunity to work with solace on a couple of projects as a CTO of Vincere Health. Aamir is a thoughtful leader who has an exceptional ability to lead product development. He was able to match and recruit great engineers who complimented our project needs. He has a deep passion for building product features and solving problems. Solace has one of the most resourceful and sharp people I have worked with. Working with them as a client or as a partner, no matter what kind of problem I threw at them, they managed to tackle it beautifully. Their people skills are excellent, and they stay true to their word. They have helped me hire at least 4 developers, and the experience was wonderful for us. During the initial call, they understood our requirements not only from a technical perspective but also from a culture-fit perspective. I managed to find some excellent engineers with solace's help but in one case, the engineer we ended up hiring on solace's recommendation was not that experienced but Qazi founder of the company, recognized his potential.
